Makes 1 Serving
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1/4 cup low-fat (1 percent) cow’s milk
3/4 cup diced papaya or 1 cup diced mango
2 packets Monk Fruit In The Raw sugar substitute
1/2 cup coarsely crushed ice
1 Lime wedge, optional, for garnish
Place all ingredients in a blender. Whirl on high speed until smooth and frothy. Pour the milk shake into a tall glass. Serve immediately.
Change up the flavor profile by using a cup of sliced bananas, pineapple chunks or any other fruit you like!
