Ingredients<\/h2>\n

1 cup low fat milk
\n1\/2 cup quick cooking oats
\n3 teaspoons SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener,1 Gram of Fiber, Granulated
\n1\/2 teaspoon cinnamon
\n1\/8 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
\n1 teaspoon vanilla extract
\n1\/4 cup canned pears, drained and chopped<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h2>\n

Pour milk into a small size sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add all remaining ingredients except pears. Simmer for 1 minute. Stir in pears and heat until pears are warmed.<\/p>\n
