3 cups almond or soy milk or 2 cups fruit juice
\n3-4 cups desired frozen fruit
\n5 tablespoons quick oats
\n4 tablespoons Steviacane
\n1 cup ice<\/p>\n
Add all ingredients into your blender.<\/p>\n
Starting on low speed, blend. This will prevent over splashing.<\/p>\n
Slowly raise the speed till it is on high to make sure oats are well blended.<\/p>\n
