Makes 56 Servings<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h2>\n

4 cups tomato puree
\n5 chipotle chilies, stems removed
\n4 tablespoons SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
\n1 tablespoon minced garlic
\n1\/2 cup red wine vinegar
\n3 cups chicken stock
\n2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
\n1 tablespoon smoked salt<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h2>\n

Add all ingredients to a saucepot and simmer for 20 minutes. When chilies are tender transfer them to a blender with 1 cup of the tomato sauce, blend until smooth.
\nPour the blender contents back into the saucepan and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
\nStrain the sauce through a china cap or other mesh sieve and adjust seasoning.
\nServe at room temperature or hot.<\/p>\n
