Ingredients<\/h2>\n

Dressing<\/h3>\n

1\/4 cup SPLENDA® No Calorie Sweetener, Granulated
\n1 cup lite mayonnaise
\n2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
\n4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
\n2 teaspoons fennel seed
\n3 tablespoons lemon juice
\nsalt & pepper, to taste<\/p>\n

Slaw<\/h3>\n

2 each medium, seeded & sliced yellow bell peppers
\n2 each medium, seeded & sliced red bell peppers
\n4 cups shredded cabbage
\n6 oz. bag shredded carrots
\n5 each thinly sliced radishes
\n1 cup diced red onion<\/p>\n

Directions<\/h2>\n

Whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined. Add salt & pepper to taste.<\/p>\n

Mix together peppers, cabbage, carrots, radishes and red onion in a large bowl.<\/p>\n

Toss the dressing in with the vegetables.<\/p>\n

Chill for 60 minutes, stir and serve.<\/p>\n
