Makes 8 Servings 1 tablespoon olive oil Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat; add bacon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Cook for about 2 minutes to render the fat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic, and saute for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently.
